In 1996, we managed the Women’s Medical and Diagnostic Center in Gainesville, Florida, a clinical research institute. Dr Hinshaw served as the Medical Director. We managed several dozen research protocols, mostly considering anti-osteoporosis drugs, as Associate or Principle Investigator. From 1998-2011, we presented more than 400 proprietary lectures across the nation on the principles of selective stimulation of the estrogen receptor and the parathyroid hormone receptor, both methods of treating or preventing osteoporosis, with a strong emphasis on safety. Some of our recent publications in this field are accessible to any interested individuals from the list below. We have concentrated in the last few years on drug safety, a subject inadequately addressed by the pharmaceutical industry. Other studies are in preparation. None of our current patients are requested to participate in research protocols. Your well-being is our only concern.
